Sales Terms

These Sales Terms apply to purchases made from VIBEBOX WORKSPACE through VibeBoxWorkspace.com. They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Product Listings

Each product listing is intended to provide the information reasonably needed to make a purchase decision, including the product name, price, color, dimensions, materials, features, and included components.

Objects shown for staging or demonstration are not included unless identified in the listing.

Minor variations in color, finish, texture, and measurement may occur because of screen settings, photography, materials, or normal manufacturing tolerances.

Placing an Order

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve inventory.

When an order is submitted, you are offering to purchase the selected products under the terms displayed at checkout. We may send an automatic acknowledgment, but final acceptance occurs when the order is processed or shipped.

Order Review

We may contact you or cancel an order for reasons including:

Payment authorization failure
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Incorrect pricing or product information
Inventory unavailability
Unsupported shipping address
Purchase quantity inconsistent with ordinary retail use
Legal or regulatory restrictions

If a canceled order has been charged, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax and any other required charge will be shown before the order is submitted.

We may change future prices without notice. A later price change does not alter an already accepted order.

Shipping

Eligible orders receive free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days for delivery.

The daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM Eastern Time on business days.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Title and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law. Nothing in this section removes responsibility that legally remains with the seller or limits rights relating to damaged, missing, or undelivered goods.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order enters processing or is transferred to a carrier.

If shipment has already occurred, the customer may request an eligible return after delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved eligible returns include free return shipping.

Returned products must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition unless the return concerns a verified defect, shipping damage, or incorrect product.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally appearing within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery regarding products received damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Photographs may be requested to help document and resolve the issue.

Resale and Commercial Purchasing

Unless separately agreed in writing, products are sold for end use and ordinary business use, not unauthorized resale, redistribution, or export.

Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information, subject to applicable law.

Consumer Protections

These Sales Terms do not exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

The customer and VIBEBOX LLC will first attempt to resolve disputes through direct, good-faith communication. Either party may use an available small-claims process or another remedy permitted by law.
